• Manage procurement from reputable Australian bullion dealers, strictly:

  • no ad-hoc or retail-grade sourcing
     
• Match all purchases to:

  • confirmed dealer purchase orders
     
• Control the trade customer base of 26 approved dealers:
   
  • receive purchase orders
     
  • allocate stock
     
  • coordinate fulfilment
     
• Maintain liquidity discipline:
   
  • prioritise velocity over speculation
     
  • ensure inventory duration targets are respected
     
• Act as the primary execution point between supply availability and demand fulfilment

Ensuring inventory is handled, processed, and dispatched accurately, securely, and consistently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming inventory:

  • counting
     
  • verification against purchase records
     
• Manage white-glove handling:
   
  • encapsulation
     
  • presentation standards
     
  • authentication alignment
     
• Prepare and execute:

  • collector deliveries
     
  • secure courier coordination
     
• Maintain physical inventory integrity:
   
  • storage discipline

• Flag discrepancies or condition issues immediately
